New management, familiar place
Where Blauw used to be
Verras Eten & Drinken opened its doors in the familiar spot in Waalwijk where Blauw used to be. With fresh enthusiasm, a new international menu and an extensive cocktail and drinks list, we're happy to take you on a new taste experience — from a relaxed lunch to a delightful dinner.
Light and easy-going by day, warm and atmospheric by night. At the bar we shake up more than twenty cocktails; in the kitchen we cook everything from Dutch classics to Asian dishes — and everything from the grill.

From lunch to last cocktail
At 11am the first lunch guests arrive; from 5pm we set the tables for dinner. In between — and long after — the bar stays open for drinks, coffee and cocktails.
