Verras Waalwijk B.V. is the controller of the personal data described in this statement.

When you reserve a table online we record your name, email address, phone number, the number of guests, the date and time, any note you add (for example an allergy or a special occasion) and the language you booked in.

The contact form on our contact page opens your own email program — your message reaches us by email and is not stored by this website.

We never ask for and never store payment details.

To record, confirm and prepare your reservation. This is necessary to carry out the agreement between us.

To reach you if something about your booking changes. This is our legitimate interest in running the restaurant properly.

If you tell us about an allergy, we only use it to serve you safely. You share that information voluntarily.

We keep reservation details for up to 12 months after your visit, then delete them.

Our financial records are kept for seven years because Dutch tax law requires it — those records do not contain your reservation notes.

Only the staff who handle reservations. Reservations are stored in a protected database that can only be opened after logging in.

We use Supabase for the database (servers inside the EU) and Hostinger for the web hosting. They process the data only on our instructions.

We never sell your data and never use it for advertising.

The connection to this website is encrypted (HTTPS). Guests can create a reservation but cannot read anyone else’s — that is enforced by the database itself, not just by the website.

You may ask to see your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its use, object to it, or receive a copy. Email us or give us a call and we will sort it out.

You also have the right to complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
